Extensive investment and a commitment to customer care have resulted in the recent introduction of Warmsure – a national business that delivers high quality service to its customers, in the domestic gas repair and maintenance market. With over 200 engineers currently covering the country, the business is scheduled to undertake over 150,000 annual service visits in 2007/08 and around 100,000 breakdown and repair jobs under contract, as well as one-off customer visits.

Warmsure is operated through a dedicated call centre based at our Hull premises, with dedicated lines for major contractual customers. The highly trained personnel in the centre are also able to offer on the spot advice and the location also allows instant communication with our professional technical service team to provide additional support, often providing solutions that can help avoid call outs.

With well equipped vans, that carry a number of key parts, all engineers are issued with lap tops and/or palm tops from which they can communicate with the call centre and use for diagnostic purposes. As you would expect, they are specialists in Ideal products, but they are also equipped and trained to repair and service other boiler manufacturers' appliances. Whether you hold a major contract with Warmsure, or you customer requires a one off visit from our Ideal Engineer, you are assured of added value and greater peace of mind from our impressive call out times and first time fix rates.
