Ideal provides the opportunity for installers, service engineers, merchants and specifiers to receive comprehensive training on Ideal products, their installation and best practice. Highly qualified and experienced gas engineers teach seminars to the highest standards.

Our attitude to training is to make it convenient, flexible, and most of all effective. Ideal Boilers offer a mobile training service that allows our training teams to visit you at a location to suit, either in the class room or at on-site practical demonstrations.

All courses are delivered in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and involve practical 'hands-on' tuition. Courses can also be tailored to meet the needs of individual companies and groups.

Product Courses

These have been developed to give an appreciation of how individual products are designed and constructed, and to demonstrate how they should be installed, commissioned and maintained. There is also an opportunity for 'hands-on' fault finding, on selected courses.

Servicing and Fault Finding Courses

Here delegates learn how to diagnose and rectify faults. These courses also include servicing and system fault rectification.

Appreciation Courses

These examine in depth, the design, construction, features and benefits of particular products. In addition, some courses are dedicated to the explanation of central heating systems or boilers types.
